Terms of service
Last updated
These terms cover your use of this website and the free tools on it. They are not the terms of a client engagement — that is a separate written agreement, and where the two conflict, the engagement agreement wins.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by RKS Infra Solutions, trading as RKS Infra, based in India. You can reach us at contact@rksinfra.com.
2. Using this website
You may read, link to and share anything on this site. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- Use automated means to submit forms, or to call the tools at a rate beyond normal interactive use.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, or to circumvent the rate limits applied to it.
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are.
We may block access that does any of these, without notice. We would rather not — if you have a legitimate need for higher-volume access, ask.
3. The email health check
This is the part most worth reading carefully.
- It is provided free and as-is. There is no warranty attached to it, no service level, and no guarantee it will be available.
- It reads public DNS only. It performs standard DNS queries against the domain you enter. It does not connect to the domain’s servers beyond that, does not scan ports, and does not attempt to send or receive mail.
- It cannot measure deliverability. Whether a message reaches an inbox depends on sender reputation, recipient engagement and each provider’s own filtering. None of those are visible in DNS, and nothing in the results should be read as a prediction of inbox placement.
- Results may be wrong or incomplete. DNS propagation, resolver differences, timeouts and the undiscoverable nature of DKIM selectors all mean a result is a snapshot from one vantage point, not an authoritative audit.
- Acting on the results is your decision. The findings describe what we observed and suggest what it usually means. Changing DNS records affects live mail flow. Verify the advice against your own situation, or ask us to do the work.
By using the tool you confirm you are not using it to enumerate or probe infrastructure you have no legitimate interest in.
4. Content on this site
The guides and service descriptions are general information, written as carefully as we can manage. They are not advice tailored to your systems, and we are not liable for decisions made purely on the basis of reading them. Where a guide states a limitation, that limitation is part of the content — please do not quote the first half of a paragraph.
The text, design and code of this site belong to RKS Infra Solutions. Quoting with attribution is fine. Republishing wholesale is not.
5. Enquiries are not a contract
Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement, and neither does our reply. Work begins only when there is a written scope that both sides have agreed, including price and what is excluded.
We do not publish prices because the work is scoped per situation. Any figure discussed before a written scope exists is an indication, not a quote.
6. What we do not promise
We state this in several places on the site, and it belongs here too: nobody can guarantee inbox placement. Receiving providers make filtering decisions on signals no external party controls. Any engagement is for work performed to a professional standard, not for an outcome that depends on third parties.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its free tools, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.
Liability under a client engagement is governed by that engagement’s own terms.
8. External links
Where we link to other sites, standards documents or vendor documentation, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
